Wheeling, Prospect pick up nonconference wins

Jaden Terrell scored 23 points, hitting seven 3-pointers, to lead Wheeling to an 82-73 nonconference boys basketball win over Clemente Saturday.

Robert Bucko added 13 points for the Wildcats, who improved to 10-13 for the season with the win.


Also contributing were Christian McLaughlin and Aima Igiehon with 11 points each, Javen Reid with nine and Joe Jordan with seven.

Prospect 59, Maine East 45: The Knights improved to 11-11 for the season with the nonconference win.
