Bikus leads Mundelein past Waukegan

Jack Bikus had 17 points, 7 rebounds and 7 steals, and Mundelein's boys basketball team defeated visiting Waukegan 69-42 in North Suburban Conference action on Friday night.

Trey Baker (15 points) and Scottie Ebube (14 points, 8 rebounds) also scored in double figures for the Mustangs (8-0, 2-0). Conor Enright added 9 points and 9 assists, and Syam Atade contributed 3 points and 9 rebounds.


Waukegan fell to 0-8 and 0-2 in the NSC.

St. Patrick 47, Carmel 33: Bryce Moore and Jalen Burton each scored 7 points for the visiting Corsairs, who fell to 4-5 and 0-2 in the East Suburban Catholic Conference.

St. Patrick improved to 6-1.
