Bartlett tops Streamwood; AC's Wilkie wins 100th game

Mackenzie Hare scored 28 points and Lexie Sinclair added 16 points in Bartlett's 62-55 win over Streamwood on Tuesday.

Dani Hedeen chipped in 7 points for Bartlett while Mandy Mien and Peyton Hedger both scored 17 points for the Sabres and Kaylee Angle added 15.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
 

Aurora Christian 53, Wheaton Academy: It was all smiles for the Eagles and their coach as Aurora Christian (6-0, 2-0) remained undefeated and coach Burney Wilkie earned his 100th career win. Anna Griffin led all scorers with 17 points, and Thaya Luse and Aspen Weeks finished with 13 points each.

Burlington Central 54, Cary-Grove 25: The Rockets improved to 5-1 overall and 1-0 in the Fox Valley Conference with a decisive home court win on Tuesday. Kat Schmidt had 17 points and 5 rebounds, while Rylie DuVal had 11 points and 6 rebounds off the bench.

CL South 47, Prairie Ridge 23: The Gators (2-3, 1-0) earned a win in the first Fox Valley Conference matchup of the season, led by a game-high 14 points from Allie Schoen. Maddie Scharrenberg added 10 points for CL South.

Kaneland 49, Rochelle 13: The Knights (4-1, 1-0) held Rochelle scoreless in 2 quarters to start off the conference season with a bang. Kelsey Modaff led the scoring for Kaneland with 12 points. McKenzie Schueler added 9 points and 5 rebounds and Katharine Marshall finished with 6 points and 3 steals.

Glenbard East 53, Elgin 24: It was a tough start in the Upstate Eight Conference for the Maroons (2-1, 0-1), who struggled on offense and suffered their first loss of the season. Sabrina Moskow led Elgin with 8 points and Giana Kilbert added 7 points.
