Cary-Grove, Huntley improve to 2-0

Donovan Mosack led Cary-Grove (2-0) with 15 points as the Trojans earned their second win in as many days at the Palatine Thanksgiving Tournament with a 55-47 win over Hersey.

Clark Cunningham and Beau Frericks also scored in double digits with 12 and 11 points, respectively.

Huntley 62, Wauconda 54: The Red Raiders (2-0) were led by a couple of big scoring efforts and a solid defense to win their second game at the Johnsburg Thanksgiving Tournament. Ryan Sroka led all scored with 25 points for Huntley and Uchenna Egekeze added 22 points in the win.

Antioch 50, Kaneland 48: The Knights (1-1) lost a tough one at the Woodstock Holiday Tournament. They were led by Jamari Meeks with 17 points and Brett David with 10 points. Gavin Cano and Will Cushman each added 8 points. Kaneland will play for third place Wednesday night at 7 p.m.
