Conant downs Palatine
Devon Ellis scored 13 points Friday night as Conant's boys basketball team defeated Palatine 48-39 in a Mid-Suburban West game.
Jonathan Kolev and Raj Mittal added 10 points each for the Cougars.
Julian Campbell led Palatine with 12 points.
