Bartlett, Kaneland, Elgin pick up wins

Bartlett 75, Streamwood 43: Mackenzie Hare led Bartlett (17-3, 10-0) with 23 points and Justina Hernandez added 18 points. Leading the offense for Streamwood (4-16, 3-7) was Kaylee Angle with 13 points and Mandy Mien with 11 points.

Kaneland 52, Rochelle 42: Bryanna Kigyos had 13 points for Kaneland (14-7, 4-2) and Hannah Armin finished with 9 points.

Wheaton North 43, St. Charles North 42: Anna Tate scored a game-high 14 points for St. Charles North (10-7), while Emma Ludwig added 13 points.

Elgin 58, Glenbard East 54: Sabrina Chen scored a game-high 16 points for Elgin and Emily Graves added 14 points and 12 rebounds. Dahja Cooper finished with 10 points, 15 rebounds, 8 blocks and 4 steals for the Maroons.

McHenry 50, CL South 37: Brooke Kuffell scored 12 points for CL South (4-13, 1-6) as the Gators fell in Fox Valley Conference play.
