Grayslake North 74, Round Lake 54: The visiting Knights improved to 8-3 and 3-0 in the Northern Lake County Conference.
Round Lake fell to 3-6 and 0-3 in the NLCC.
Highland Park 52, Vernon Hills 44: The visiting Cougars dropped the Central Suburban League North Division game, despite 16 points from Ryan Jacobson.
Vernon Hills fell to 2-8 and 0-3 in the CSL North.
