Crow pours in 22 as Libertyville beat Mundelein

Lydia Crow poured in a season-high 22 points, all in the first half, as Libertyville's girls basketball team defeated host Mundelein 66-31 in North Suburban Conference action Monday night.

Margaret Buchert added 11 points for the Wildcats (6-2, 3-0), who won their third game in a row. Crow's five 3-pointers helped Libertyville extend a 22-3 advantage after one quarter to 44-17 by halftime.

The visitors were up 56-23 after three.

"We shot and defended well tonight, and got great contributions from our bench," Wildcats coach Greg Pedersen said.

Kendall Klatt had 9 points and 5 rebounds for Mundelein (4-5, 1-2). Libertyville held Morgan Frank of the Mustangs to a season-low 4 points.
