Glenbard West wins on the road

Glenbard West 51, Lyons Twp. 48:

The visiting Hilltoppers (4-0, 1-0) scored a nice road win in the West Suburban Silver. Keith Hayes led the way with 17 points while Dikiria Washington added 15 points.

Montini 57, IMSA 45:

Montini (4-0) stayed unbeaten behind the second straight 17-point game from Matt Brachmann and Simmie Cobbs' 16 points at Aurora Christian's Burney Wilkey Classic.

Lisle 54, Sandwich 50 (OT):

Lisle (2-3) got a 5-second call and Lamont Ross hit a 3-pointer to send the game into overtime tied at 44. Ross' steal and layup got the Lions rolling in overtime. Cody Monson scored a game-high 20 points and Ross added 12 for the Lions (2-3). Sandwich lost its season opener in the Interstate Eight Conference game.

Hinsdale South 70, Willowbrook 69:

Rallying from an 18-point third-quarter deficit, the Hornets (2-3, 1-0) won in the West Suburban Gold on a pair of late free throws by Larry Motuzis.

Immaculate Conception 58, Marian Central 50:

Demetrius Carr scored 15 points with 15 rebounds and Sean Sutton added 12 points as IC (4-2, 1-0) won its Suburban Christian Conference Gold Division opener over Marian Central (1-4, 0-1).
