Bryce Warner scored 13 points and Dan McCurdy added 12 Tuesday night to lead the Burlington Central boys basketball team to a 63-57 Big Northern East win at Marengo.

The Rockets (11-13, 9-1) can clinch no worse than a share of the BN-East title with a win at home Thursday night against North Boone.

Brett Rau added 8 points for Central in Tuesday’s win.

Northridge Prep 60, Westminster Christian 59 (OT): Will Woodhouse had 17 points and Robert Kleczynski added 12 for Westminster (16-12) in this nonconference loss.

Barrington 64, South Elgin 45: Freshmen Matt Smith and Justin Howard led South Elgin (5-20) with 14 and 12 points respectively in a nonconference loss.
