Dom Adduci contributed 16 points for St. Charles East (10-7). Derek Westman scored 17 points and Bryan LoLordo added 13 points for Naperville North (12-6).

East Rockford 78, Marmion 66: Jordan Glasgow collected a team-high 20 points, but it was not enough as the Cadets fell in nonconference action. Tyler Maryanski and Mike Sheehan added 11 and 10 points, respectively for Marmion (5-13), which dropped its fifth straight decision.
