CL South 44, Mundelein 32: For the second straight night, Crystal Lake South had a rough first quarter, this time falling behind 14-4, but again the Gators bounced back to earn a win. Sara Mickow had 18 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Gators (14-4), who won for the seventh straight time. Chantel Fanter added 10 points in the nonconference victory.

Cary-Grove 33, McHenry 16: On Friday night in the Fox Valley Conference Valley Division, Olivia Jakubicek scored 16 points and had 6 rebounds to lead the Trojans (10-6, 3-1) to the win.
