Laura Panicali poured in 20 points with 12 rebounds and the Wildcats rallied from down 8 in the fourth quarter to win in overtime in Naperville. Claire Monroe chipped in 16 points and Allie Tapanes 10 for West Chicago (5-2, 2-0 DuPage Valley Conference). For Naperville North (3-4, 1-1) freshman Kayla Sharples scored 24 points and Kathleen Hahne 10.

Lake Park 52, East Aurora 47:

Alexis Hahn powered in 24 points and Amanda Prosperi added 10 for the visiting Lancers (4-2, 1-1 Upstate Eight Valley).

York 70, Downers Grove North 27:

The No. 16 Dukes rolled out to a 22-5 lead after a quarter and never looked back in Elmhurst. Tawny Tucci had 15 points, 2 assists and 3 rebounds, Anna Bell Lansdowne 10 points and 2 assists and Nicole Kosanovich 4 points, 7 rebounds and 2 assists for York (6-1, 2-0 West Suburban Silver).

Rolling Meadows 51, Wheaton North 49:

Mandy Traversa had 15 points and 7 rebounds and Maddie Baillie 14 points for the Falcons (2-5), who missed a 3-pointer for the win as time expired in Wheaton. Jackie Kemph paced Rolling Meadows with 17 points. Wheaton North trailed by 9 at half, then came back to take a 47-41 lead with three minutes left before Rolling Meadows rallied late.

Marian Central 51, Wheaton Academy 42:

Ally Witt tossed in 18 points and Sarah Drury 11 for the Warriors (4-3).

IMSA 36, Fenton 35:

Tina Guarino scored 9 points and Amanda Weldon added 8 for the Bison.

Loyola 42, Benet 38:

Anna Schueler scored 12 points for Loyola (5-1) in a nonconference win over No. 10 Benet (4-4) in Wilmette.
