Burlington Central, Geneva advance to title game

Geneva and Burlington Central both won Saturday to win their respective pools and advance to Tuesday night's championship game of the Rockets' Thanksgiving tournament.

Playing without leading scorer junior Kat Schmidt, the Rockets improved to 4-0 with a 46-44 win over Prairie Ridge. Schmidt suffered a concussion after taking a hard fall early in Burlington Central's win Thursday night.

Katie Palmer (18 points), Cassidy Navigato (17) and Lindsay Blackmore (14) all scored in double figures for the Vikings in their win over McHenry.
