Lakes 59, Cary-Grove 54: Sara Smith scored 13 points and had 7 steals to lead Lakes to a win at the Lake Zurich tournament. Kylie Jozwik added 12 points for the Eagles while Mia Edwards (7 points, 9 rebounds) and Brittany Washington (7 points, 5 steals) also contributed.
Elk Grove 49, Antioch 25: At Vernon Hills, Antioch was down 28-13 at halftime and missed 8-of-12 free throws. The Sequoits were led in scoring by Erin Miller who had 8 points.
Lake Forest 56, Sycamore 35: At Vernon Hills, Halle Douglass scored a game-high 16 points to lead the Scouts.
Vernon Hills 68, Lake Forest Academy 38: At Vernon Hills, Kayla Caudle had 17 points and Piper Bedell had 14 points to lead the host Cougars.
