Aurora Central Catholic wins season opener
Freshman Delani Kosner started her Aurora Central Catholic career by scoring 13 points to lead the Chargers to a 42-24 win over Sandwich at the Somonauk tournament.
Senior Shakira Del Toro chipped in 7 points for the Chargers who outscored the Indians 28-12 in the second half.
The Chargers take on host Somonauk Tuesday.
