Burlington Central wraps up BN-East title

Burlington Central 55, Genoa-Kingston 12: The Rockets not only wrapped up the Big Northern East championship for the fourth straight year, they won their 50th straight division game. Sam Pryor led the way for BC (20-3, 12-0) with 17 points and Becca Gerke added 10.

St. Charles East 49, Streamwood 33: Sara Rosenfeldt had 22 points and Marissa Urso added 10 to lead the Saints (12-14, 7-4) to an Upstate Eight River win. Jenejah Williams (19 points, 15 rebounds, 5 blocks) and Maddie Exline (8 points) led Streamwood (6-20, 3-9).

South Elgin 54, West Aurora 44: In the UEC Valley, Bridgette Williams (14 points), Emmy McIntosh (11) and Mackie Kelleher (10) led the Storm (17-8, 4-5) to the win. Ashley Williams had 10 points for West Aurora (9-13, 3-5).

CL South 37, Sycamore 26: Chanel Fanter scored 14 points and Kelly Gaede added 11 to lead the Gators (19-9) to the nonconference win.
