Sophomore guard Carly Sidor led Jacobs (10-15) with 14 points, including a pair of 3-pointers. Senior guard Jessica Powell finished with 9 points and senior Jenni Barnec added 8.

"Our kids enjoyed the environment and rose to the challenge," third-year Jacobs coach Joe Benoit said. "Libertyville's got a nice team this year. Their size I thought was going to be a problem for us, but we really picked it up on the defensive end. To hold a team in the twenties? That's going to give you a chance most nights. Great effort."

Senior Becky Deichl had 6 points and sophomore Claire Keefe added 5 points for Libertyville (15-11).
