Boys basketball / Lake County roundup

Ethan Sage scored 20 points, and Lakes' boys basketball team climbed above the .500 mark for the first time this season with a 67-31 win over host Round Lake on Saturday night.

Kyle Rohr, Jack Monson and David Milostan each chipped in 8 points for the Eagles, who improved to 11-10 and 6-1 in the North Suburban Prairie Division.

Michael Green scored 16 points to lead Round Lake (3-15, 1-8).

Grayslake North 47, Woodstock 41: Aidan Einloth and Lucas Buckels scored 11 and 10 points, respectively, for the host Knights, who avenged an early-season defeat in Fox Valley Fox action.

Grayslake North (11-7, 5-2) led 13-12 after the first quarter, 29-24 at halftime and 38-37 after three.

Wauconda 52, Antioch 33: The visiting Bulldogs had four players in double figures in the North Suburban Prairie game.

Ricky Sidlowski scored a team-high 13 points for Wauconda (11-9, 5-3), while Ben Carlson had 12 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 blocks and 2 steals. Bryan Nee also scored 12 points and Zac Lahrman contributed 11.

Antioch (7-12, 2-7) was led by Weston Fox with 14 points and Danny Brito with 11.
