West Chicago 58, Larkin 54: Marlee Kyles had 21 points and Quixmia Washington added 12 for the Royals (3-6, 1-3) in this Upstate Eight River loss. Larkin trailed 46-32 after three quarters before rallying.

St. Charles North 61, Elgin 23: In the UEC River, Alishia Panthier led the Maroons (2-7, 0-4) with 10 points.

Bartlett 58, Waubonsie Valley 32: Katlin Brohan scored 13 points and Nicole Gerdevich added 12 to lead the Hawks in the UEC Valley. Kayla Hare added 10 points for Bartlett (6-4, 3-1) while Lauren Janczak had 6 points and 6 assists.

Hampshire 49, Palatine 32: Emma Benoit had 17 points and Nikki Dumoulin added 15 to lead the Whip-Purs to a nonconference win. Rachel Dumoulin chipped in 12 points for Hampshire (7-2).

Westminster Christian 46, IMSA 28: Maddie Versluys scored 25 points and had 9 rebounds, 5 steals and 5 blocks to lead the Warriors in the Northeastern Athletic Conference win. Jax Kelty (8 points), Hannah Haecker (5 blocks, 5 rebounds), Mattea Huerta (8 rebounds) and Emily Lamp (6 rebounds) also contributed for Westminster (5-3, 3-0).

Burlington Central 79, North Boone 20: The Rockets won their 26th straight Big Northern East game and moved to 8-0 on the season behind 13 points each from Sam Pryor and Kayla Ross. Shelby Holt (11 points), Kayla Rafferty (10) and Alison Colby (10) each reached double figures for BC and Kristina Ahlers had 9 points.
