South Elgin 67, McHenry 44: Laura McIntosh scored 14 points and Bridgette Williams added 13 as new Storm head coach Dan Mandernack got his first win in this Dundee-Crown tournament triumph. Nadia Yang added 8 points for South Elgin (1-1).

Huntley 62, Streamwood 19: Also at Dundee-Crown, Ali Andrews scored 15 points while Maddy Moffett and Abbey Brown added 8 each for the Red Raiders (2-0). Tamia Brown and Jenejha Williams each had 6 points for the Sabres (0-2).

Cary-Grove 50, Elk Grove 34: Katie Barker hit five 3-pointers and scored 29 points to lead the Trojans (2-0) in the Lake Zurich tournament.

Kirkland Hiawatha 40, Elgin Academy 26: Madeline Sporina had 15 points to lead the Hilltoppers (0-2) at their own Thanksgiving tournament. Michelle Peyton added 7 points for Elgin Academy.
