Harvest Christian 42, Christian Liberty 22: Kylee Knox led Harvest Christian (11-8) to a victory against Christian Liberty Saturday in a nonconference game that was scheduled after the Northeastern Athletic Conference tournament was canceled due to the weather. Knox had 25 points, including a 6-for-6 free throw performance.

Harvest Christian 52, Luther North 49: The Lions (11-8) also defeated Luther North. Kylee Knox led Harvest Christian with 24 points. Rachel Oostdyk finished with 12 points and Morgan Lockwood added 11 points.

Grayslake Central 39, Hampshire 33: The Whip-Purs (7-13, 2-7) suffered a loss to Fox Valley Conference Fox Division opponent Grayslake Central Saturday. Sara Finn led Hampshire with 9 points, while Tricia Dumoulin contributed 8 points.

Hersey 55, Cary-Grove 29: Katie Barker led the Trojans (13-9) with 12 points during nonconference competition against Hersey.

St. Edward 35, Rosary 34: Katie Swanson helped lead the Green Wave (13-7, 5-2) to victory in Suburban Christian Conference Blue Division play Saturday. Swanson (12 points) made a free throw with 6.6 seconds left in the game to put St. Edward up by one. Casey Gredzieleski finished with 8 points for St. Edward.

St. Charles North 67, Larkin 47: The Royals (7-14, 2-7) suffered an Upstate Eight Conference River Division loss Saturday. Marlee Kyles led Larkin with 19 points, while Quixmia Washington (14 points) and Victoria Patterson (10) also contributed.

Postponements: Dundee-Crown’s scheduled FVC Valley game at McHenry was postponed due to a contract mix-up, and Burlington Central’s Big Northern East game at Genoa-Kingston was postponed due to the weather.
