Weiss, Christian Liberty pick up road win
Six-foot-3 junior Paul Weiss scored a team-best 15 points to help Christian Liberty past host Harvest Christian 52-46 in Northeastern Athletic Conference play on Friday.
Sam Silva had three 3s and finished with 11 points for the Chargers, who improved to 3-7 overal and 2-1 in the conference. Wes Swiderek (7 points) and Ben Daniel (9) both made a pair of 3-pointers.
St. Viator 78, Nazareth 51: The Lions (8-1) picked up an East Suburban Catholic Conference victory. It was their sixth straight win and helped them improved to 2-0 in the League.
