Gallimore, Antioch roll to victory

Paige Gallimore had 24 points, 4 assists and 3 steals, as Antioch's girls basketball team defeated visiting Round Lake 65-23 in North Suburban Prairie Division action Thursday night.

Antioch improved to 9-3 and 3-1 in the division with its third straight win.

Coach Tim Borries called it a "true team victory" for his Sequoits, who had nine players score. Sophomore Maddie Murillo led Antioch in rebounds with 6, and every Sequoit had at least 1 board.

Freshman guard Ashley Reiser had 5 steals and 3 assists, despite not scoring for the first time this season. Kristen Kelly and Sage Keyes came off the bench to score 8 points each for Antioch.

Round Lake (1-8. 0-4) received 7 points from junior guard Mike Crisantos.
