Larkin 60, Marengo 52: Victoria Patterson scored 21 points to lead the Royals (1-2) to their first win of the season at the Burlington Central Thanksgiving Tournament. Alyssa McGhee added 10 points for Larkin, which led 30-18 at halftime. Shawndre'a Hill and Rachel Martinez each had 8 points.

Cary-Grove 55, Lakes 33: Katie Barker had 29 points on 11 of 14 shooting, including 5 of 5 from 3-point range, as the Trojans (3-2) rolled to a win in the Lake Zurich Turkey Thriller. Barker also led her team with 5 rebounds. Sarah Kendeigh added 10 points for Cary-Grove.

St. Edward 54, North Boone 38: Cece Rapp had 21 points and Madelyn Spagnola added 12 as the Green Wave won the opening game of two at the Dakota tournament. Katie Swanson added 10 points for St. Edward.

Dakota 45, St. Edward 42: Katie Swanson had 11 points and Madelyn Spagnola 8 but the Green Wave lost a close one in their second game of the day at Dakota.

"We're doing a lot of things well right now," said St. Edward coach Michelle Dawson. "You could see in the second game we had some tired legs."

Clarissa Ramos, Ryann Scully and Cece Rapp added 7 points each for the Wave.
