Bartlett 44, Elk Grove 41: Ally Giampapa scored 15 points and Elizabeth Arco added 8 as Bartlett (7-5) won in nonconference action, the Hawks’ third straight win and fifth in their last six games.

South Elgin 66, West Chicago 45: Nell Wentling had 11 points while Kennede Miller and Kara Rodriguez added 10 each as South Elgin (6-5) snapped a three-game losing streak with this nonconference win. Laura McIntosh added 9 points for the Storm.

Elgin Academy 34, Francis Parker 28: Rachel Cain had 13 points and Alysson Wittmeyer added 12 to lead the Hilltoppers (6-5, 2-1) to an Independent School League win.

Nazareth 45, St. Edward 32: St. Edward was held to 13 points in the second half in falling to 0-11 for the season. Cece Rapp had 8 points and 22 rebounds to lead the Green Wave.

Naperville Central 75, Larkin 23: Quixmia Washington had 11 points to lead Larkin (1-10) at the Oswego tournament.
