Burlington Central 59, Harvard 34: Alli Settanni scored 18 points and Brenda Thasavong added 15 to lead the Rockets (9-9, 3-1) to a Big Northern East win. Camille Dela Cruz added 11 points for BC, Sarah Nelson had 8 and Jess Laird 7.

Hampshire 49, North Boone 25: Hampshire (14-1, 2-0) won for the 31st straight time in the Big Northern East. Alex Dumoulin led the balanced Whip-Purs with 11 points, while Karla Vietinghoff added 9 and Michelle Dumoulin and Kendall Walker 7 each.

Cary-Grove 60, Jacobs 43: Paige Lincicum had 16 points, Claire Jakubicek 15 and Olivia Jakubicek 12 to lead Cary-Grove (15-3, 4-0) to a Fox Valley Conference Valley Division win at Jacobs. The Trojans, who also got 10 points from Meg Straumann, led 37-14 at halftime. Melanie Schwerdtmann had 19 points and Lauren Grady added 10 for Jacobs (2-14, 1-3).

Huntley 62, McHenry 37: Carly Goede scored 21 points and Kadie Lowery added 14 as Huntley (10-4, 4-0) rolled to an easy win over McHenry in the FVC Valley.

Dundee-Crown 37, CL South 27: Ali Sanders had 13 points and Carlin Faulkner 12 as the Chargers (5-12, 1-3) used a 17-8 fourth quarter to pull away from Crystal Lake South and win their first FVC Valley game in head coach Michelle Russell's third year in charge. Brittany Pittas had 14 points to lead the Gators (2-15, 0-4).

Rosary 40, St. Edward 37: Rena Ranallo had 16 points but the Green Wave (12-5, 4-2) lost on the road in the Suburban Christian Blue.
